What Does this electrocardiogram Test Result Mean?

Good evening, I have been experiencing quite a bit of chest pain as of late. I was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia as a teenager. I received an abnormal EKG at my appt today. My GP id concerned about the long weekend as my cardiologist can t see me until Monday. My EKG reads Abnormal precirdial QRS contours - nondiagnostic for this age. P-QRS-T reads 53/53/52 QT - 334 QTcH - 416 QRSD - 82 Just hoping to get a little insight into these numbers as I have received abnormal EKGs in the past but never with these numbers. Thanks so much,

These readings are are not quite abnormal it just means that you have increase in heart rate. Other readings are due to this abnormal heart rate. This condition can be due to anxiety or pacemaker abnormality. You can wait for your cardiologist consult, its not an extreme emergency. But you definitely needs a cardiologist consultation for proper evaluation to know whats wrong is going on.
